Is there a minimum number of people for the Living Seas Saloon?

I was told by my consultant that there isn't:

The food and beverage minimum for use of the Living Seas Salon before 4:00 pm is $2,450.00 and after 4:00 pm is $3,500.00 (exclusive of wedding cake, service charges and sales tax). The venue rental fee is $500.00 plus tax. No food and beverage can be displayed on the piano. Seating capacity for the Living Seas Salon is 84 with existing seating. Existing seating tables of 6 must be utilized and can not be removed or rearranged. Three additional 72” banquet rounds, seating 8-10 guests each may be added. Existing linens will be utilized, and an additional charge will apply for white floor length linens. The existing piano may not be removed. The lights in the Seas aquarium are turned off beginning at 9:45pm. Disney charter bus transportation will be required. All talent performing within Epcot® must be secured by Walt Disney Entertainment through your Wedding Event Planner. All floral, décor items, photography and videography must be provided by Disney.

am I also right in thinking that you cannot wear your wedding dress in LSS? If so does this included any dress that is white or is it just the one you got married in?

If you are using LSS for you Disney reception you can wear your dress. Otherwise you can't. It can be white as long as it's not a wedding dress.

I could have sworn I was told originally that it was a minimum of 30 ? Ask your consultant or planner to double check!

I was concerned at first, but she said it had been removed, and was just now the food minimum. When I started my reception location search I asked about food and people minimums and we told LSS didn't have one anymore.

We just had our reception there and only had 17 of us in total - it was a fab location !!!
