Today was a better hit with the characters! We headed to hollywood and vine for breakfast which i booked last night, loads of ts left for booking today so really good

They were hesistate at the start but they loved oso and manny! We then headed out and saw minnie and they ran to her!

We then did playhouse disney live and they loved this

They promtly fell asleep so we wondered round the shops and spoke again about dvc!

One woke up and had cuddles with stitch and then back for lunch at hollywood and vine which i booked at my 180 day mark and once again charcters went down well

Back at okw now for a change of clothes and then i think we may head to mk

Yesterday afternoon we headed for epcot and the food and wine festival, epcot was very busy and it was a bit too busy for us and the girls, the food stalls were not at all busy and i didnt queue at any of them. We had the canadian cheese soup, beef kefta from morroco and i tried a beef filet from south africa with sweet potato mash and it was yummy, so over $15 in snacks all free, love the dining plan!

We ate dinner in pofq at the food court as girls were falling asleep so then back to villa for dvd rental and bed

Good thing you went to the F&W yesterday. Just got an update from Touringplans an hour or so ago and apparently the queues this afternoon at the booths were "The worst I've ever seen"

Love okw, best resort we have stayed in, now looking at joining dvc, we looked in 2009 but wasnt sure but having stayed here we love it

Glad you are having a great time - I bet the look on their faces makes it worth every penny you have spent - I know it does for us.

DVC was the best thing we ever did - I can't imagine not staying in a one bed villa now - it makes life so easy. We also like having our own sleeping spaces too - can put Chloe to bed and then watch telly in bed ourselves without disturbing her

Well last night we ate at chefs de france in epcot but didnt stay for the fireworks, drove back to the room to security everywhere

We had a fire in our room while we were out, managed to salavge what we could and they moved us to a different room

Spending the morning cleaning and washing all our stuff as most is smoke damaged and smells very bad

OMG what happened? Glad you were all out at the time!

Are Disney offering any compensation?

The stove was left on apparently, we havent even used it so we or the girls must have knocked it, didnt check it before we left as we knew we hadnt used it.

Lost around 200$ worth of toys and clothes for girls, loads of things smoke damaged that im trying to wash/clean

Need to get an incident report and hope our insurance pays out.

So not what you want on holiday, sending you lots of hugs

What a shock to come back to. Had somebody noticed it already?

Hope you have finished your washing and get some compensation to replace what you have lost.
