Live or artificial tree

Artificial as both myself and DS are allergic to pine trees very severely. His first Christmas we ended up in the hospital more times than enough because of it before we put two and two together!! My DH (and all of us) really loves Christmas and he hates Halloween so it will go up right after Halloween normally the first weekend of November!! I know really, really early, but he really, really loves Christmas!!!

Fake. I would love to have a real one but I cant keep my cat out of the fake one!

Mine is not pre-lite though. I enjoy putting all 3'100 lights on my tree. Ha ha yep, it's bright!

I thought I was the only one who got crazy with the lights!!! I wrap every single branch. It takes me hours, sometimes over several days, but I wouldn't have it any other way. It is so beautiful. This year with the artificial, though, I get to leave them on!!! Now, if my husband and I could just agree on clear or colored lights!!

Both!
The one in the great room is real - we get it just after Thanksgiving. It has all white lights -tons of lights weaved up the branches to the trunk for depth (saw this tip on a tv show and it works) and all red, green and gold decorations.
Then upstairs in the FROG we have an artificial kids tree with colored lights and - what else - all Disney decorations! Complete with Tinkerbell as the topper. OK, now I'm ready to go ahead and put it up! HeeHeeHee.

We always get a real tree. We always get it the weekend after Thanksgiving and usually keep it up until after New Years. :)

Real for me,i grew up with fake trees,i swore when i grew up and had my own place i would only have real trees and i do.Its the fun of going out and picking the one you want and tagging it then going back and cut it down and bring it home to have thousands of pine needles scattered around your house, stuck in your socks, the dogs paws, the cat eating them, its great i wouldnt change a thing.

Gotta have real a real tree, otherwise it wouldn't seem like a real Christmas.
