We will be at WDW in June and was wondering which parks have a nighttime top 40/rock band? We went to Disneyland in December and they had a Mad Tea party
band with lots of dancing and adult beverages too. Does any of the parks in WDW have something like this? I like to listen to live music and watch my kids dancing.

In June, there is the Summer Concert Series in Epcot. Epcot has adult beverages. I am not familiar with the event you mentioned so not sure what a good comparison would be.

There are some bigger concerts held at WDW but I don't know of any in June.

AFAIK, WDW doesn't have anything quite like the Mad T Party. There are a couple of things that have some of the elements of Mad T Party, but it depends on which elements you are looking for.

As the PP mentioned, Epcot has the Sounds Like Summer concert series, which features different tribute bands each weekend. They're kind of like musical portion of Mad T Party. They're live bands, but they only (typically) play songs from the band they're covering. So the music might be from the Top 40 list of a different decade. Albeit, Mad T also covers songs spanning multiple decades. The main difference is that these concerts are held in the American Garden Theater with bench style seating and not much room for dancing. So it's not like being in the open area in front of the Mad T's stage. Epcot has lots of liquor options, so you can get a drink. The other major difference is that depending on how popular the tribute band is, there may be a line prior to the show of guests waiting to get in. Here is the line up for this year:

The other thing I can think of is the Incredibles Dance Party over the Magic Kingdom. It does not feature a live band (at least not that I remember) and there is no alcohol available, but kids are encouraged to dance in front of the stage area. This is kind of like when the White Rabbit DJ is playing and folks can dance in front of the stage while the Mad T band is on their break. Another major difference is that there are characters in the dance area at the Incredibles Dance Party.

Over at the AK, there might be some stilt walkers, which are similar to the flamingos at Mad T, but not quite the same. Likewise, there is usually some "street-style" entertainment scattered throughout the parks, but nothing quite like Tweedle Dee and Dum.
