Having a GREAT time! The weather has been wonderful. One bad thing to report, they no longer offer the all you care t surf Internet package deal :( It's .75 per minute, so I'm keeping this short.

My gift basket and flowers from The Perfect Gift were, well, PERFECT! Our limo with Yourride has been perfect so far, Jimmy has been waiting for us with a gorgeous white stretch stocked with soda and bottled water. Thank Rabiit and Shirley for a GREAT start!!

The food is good, had a great time with DH in the Surial bath, and for those with food allergies concern, they have been wonderfully accomodating for me.

We're in Suite 8032, and the Concierge has bent over backwards to assist us, they've left at least ten phone messages, reminders of spa and dining srrangements, you name it. More details ont ath when I get back.

I'll check this post again in a day or two, anyone with any questions, please post them and I'll try to get th answers :)

Wishing a continued 'magic'al time for you and yours. Enjoy every minute, as it sounds wonderful....I am soo jealous!! Thanx for the headsup on 'yourride' as we will be using them in Dec.

Glad to hear that concierge is taking such good care of you! We will have concierge next month - I hope they're in as good a mood when we sail!!

Bummer about no more flat-rate internet access :( I had planned to get that. But I guess for .75/min, I can just be efficient and probably save some money! I hate to be hurried though.

Are you on the eastern or western? Whichever, have a great cruise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My question: Any word on why the Magic was late leaving Port Canaveral? Is there another thread with the answer.

So excited to hear you are having a wonderfully grand time... We will be sailing on the Magic in Suite # 8032 in June... Take lots of pics...

1.) What type of seating do you have on the verandah?

2.) Does it have plexiglass rails and guards?

3.) Did you make your own ressies for the surial spa ?

4.) Have you made ressies for Palo's and did you have any problems getting the times and days you wanted. Did you make your own or did concierge make them for you? We are looking forward to brunch and tea for a day at sea.

5.) How was the express check-in for Concierge?

6.) Did you go straight to Sessions for the concierge ressies upon boarding or did you have lunch before meeting with concierge?

7.) Were you able to get into your suite right away or at least before 1300?

8.) How is the noise level from the hallway and elevaters seeing that the suite is just of the main thoroughfare on deck 8?

9.) How big is the fridge in the suite?

10.) What dining rotation do you have and when is your Character breakfast scheduled?

11.) Do you know if you're expected to place your luggage out the night before as well or will concierge come and get it the morning of debarkation?

Thanx for answering the questions while you're there... Here's hoping you continue to have a grand sailing.... Only 291 days to go !!!

random question ---

can you find out what Fidelio's old piano partner, Carl's, last name was. Carl got off the ship 2 weeks ago, i think, and said he was playing in Potland and Reno. I am have been trying to track him down but just looking for Carl at a piano place hasnt been too successful :).

Thanks and enjoy your cruise!!!!

Would love to know Carl's name as well because I can get to Reno fairly easily and would love to hear him play again!

Hi!

Those are good questions! I am also curious about room service in the concierge level cabins.......

Thanks for checking in. Glad you are having a great cruise.

Say it's not true!! I was on the Wonder last week and the $39.99 package was one of the most significant improvements I noted over my previous Wonder cruise.

The Pride usually docks after the Magic, but they docked first as they had a medical emergency on board. SO it took a little extra time to get teh Magic ready to sail as they got in late.

1. Regular fabric deck chairs with some small tables.
2. Yes, plexi.
3. No, the concierge took care of it. ACtually when we boarded we went to Sessions, and they had spa people there who booked the ressies for us. They had some slots saved for concierge guests for some of the more popular treatments.
4. We made them through the concierge before we even left home, and they were what I wanted.
5. Wonderful. no line, and we were the second party on the ship after a woman in a wheelchair.
6. We went straight to Sessions.
7. We went to eat after Sessions, and went to the cabin at about 12:45. It was ready then.
8. Nothing from the hall, some from running children overhead, it's gone by around 10:00pm.
9. Tiny. We fit in a 6 pack of beer, two bottles of wine, and about 6-8 water/sodas, but it's crammed full.
10. LAP, it was yesterday, we skipped it.
11. As far as I know we have to put it out the night before as well, no bigie.

One true advantage to concierge (besides LOTS of space, 2 baths, and the stereo/CD player in the room) is the ability to order anyhing from any menu. We haven't been to the diningroom for breakfast yet.

I am glad to hear that DCL is doing well with your food allergies. I am looking forward to hearing what you recommend we do to assure the cruise is as safe as possible for our nut-allergic DS 5. Your comments in previous posts have been invaluable.

Enjoy!

Just wanted to let you know that I didn't have one allergic reaction on board. But I did eat something at WDW after we got off that set off a mild reaction yesterday.

Will talk about allergies on a seperate post later.
