People are climbing up on the Wide World of Sports Deck partitions. Great view, probably. Incredibly unsafe, definately.

Go to http://www.pancanal.com/miraflores/miraflores.jpg You will have to refresh it manually, but it does not use JAVA and loads faster than the unomaha.edu page because there it less to load. Just hit F5 every 30 seconds or so.
