Live from the Boardwalk - webcam!

Hey all! I'm typing this from room 4001 at BWV (Boardwalk Villas for you non-DVC folks). It's at the absolute end of the resort, but we have a fantasic Boardwalk view and a stairwell just outside our door that takes us straight down to the Boardwalk!

We started Saturday at AKL concierge and moved over here yesterday. It's VERY hot but we're having a great time. We're here for our anniversary and aren't attending the member events, but we've still managed to meet several other DVCers here.

We're taking advantage of the high speed internet connection here and set up a web cam on the balcony. The connection doesn't like to stay up for long, so I can't guarantee how often the photo will refresh, but you're all welcome to check it out. It's at http://www.tivogirl.com/bwvcam

We are here until Saturday, so we'll leave it up as long as we can!

Oh, wow! What an excellent view! We spend so much time walking around the Boardwalk area when we go. This just gives us goosebumps. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful setting with the rest of us.

Nice! I was surprised that it's dark there now (it's 7:50 pm central), because I forgot that I'm in Chicago now. Haha, I need a Disney trip so my fried brain can remember where I live.

Great view!
I just got back from a stay in rooms 4004/4006. We overlooked the waterway, across from us were the Swan and Dolphin. We were able to lay in bed and look at the TOT, Mickey's scorcerer hat and the EARFUL tower
We also enjoyed using that back staircase.
