I love the animation and quotes! Mark Twain? Abraham Lincoln? Very cereberal! The shark fin swimming around the photo at CC is classic.

So glad it finally loaded --- after all that work! I love to make these slide shows. I did one for our Wonder cruise, but used Disney music. The Wonder cruise slideshow I burned to a cd that plays in a DVD player so as to bore any guests that we are wanting to get rid of in a hurry

This one I burned to a cd and of course, dh took it to work today to show off to everyone there

I have yet to master video editing, but that will be my next project -- could take years....

Anyway, such fun to do and so nice to have!

I don't think anyone has posted a photo of the snow family and the snow flying around on CC last Friday.

If you look carefully above the heads of the TCD family in this photo, you can see the snow flurries (no, it is not dandruff!)

I am sure that all CC visitors between now and Christmas will be treated to the same!

I mentioned in my live report from CC that the TCD's tried out the new bike path on CC last week.

The new bike path is about half-way down the landing strip, on your right, as you travel toward Serenity Bay.

I am not sure how new it is, but I don't think it was there in Nov. '04, when we last visited.

I would say it is about a 1/4 of a mile loop. They basically cleared a wide path out of the mangroves, and paved it with crushed shell. It is nice and wide and level. They have a few props displayed here and there, as well as water stations. I am not sure why they went to all this trouble for a bike path. Maybe it is going to be used for some type of excursion, or for some other purpose.

I don't want to start any rumors (but I will anyway ). If you have ever ridden the horses at Ft. Wilderness, the whole set up of this path is like the course that they take you on there. Do you know what I am saying? A horse riding excursion on CC? Why not? Hey, if it happens, you heard it here first!

Thanks, Kris. Mrs. TCD and I are actually trying to agree on a photo for this years' card. We usually have the cards done by now, but we were busy doing something last week, and for some reason, there was a lot of laundry and other stuff to do this past weekend, and we are both a little tired.

I know! We need a vacation!

I wonder if we could sign up for a last minute cruise?

we make 5!! LOL they must have had ALL REAS romantic turndown's on Monday! i wasn't expecting it either and came back to find my girls admiring our romantic turndown and then Paige told me all about Rachel's rose petals and where they were! hehehehe glad our children enjoyed it!

kris -- i share queen title with you -- i have 573 digital pics (including 20 from WDW) and 4 disposable cameras just sent off - i only have about 5 mins of video from my camera

in fact, i think i'll go torture folks in the board with my Palo brunch pics -- someone has a thread asking about it

I also have forgot to mention that you by far win the award for the most creative and detailed story about your favorite dog, Molly (may the poor gal rest in peace).

It sure was great to meet you all. Unfortunately, Mrs. TCD says that there is no way that we are going to cruise on Christmas. We both have big families, are blessed that all of our parents are in good health, and Christmas is the only time all year that we get to see some of our kin.

It bums me out to think that a lot of you guys will be cruising together again, without TCD.

I am not going to dwell on that thought, though. I really will never forget the times we had together on this cruise, and it was the best that I have ever been on.

Hopefully, we will meet again some day.

Rob and I are still playing around with the idea. If Rachel was younger we'd stay home. (She's not too keen on the idea of next year, but we might convince her.) My 80 year-old parents are not in the best of health, so it's hard to plan. We'd LOVE to spend the holidays with the rest of you, though! I'm saying my prayers.

We may or may not do a cruise in the future -- who knows. We have kids heading off to college next fall (2 of em - ouch).

But if we do manage to save some pennies, I think we'd try another line. We have done both the Magic and the Wonder and its time to move along.

So we'll say good-bye to all our company.....

Good for you. I'm still having a tough time with this one. There are certain traditions that are important to us as well.

Snow at Christmastime? How? It doesn't happen in Texas! (Do you second that, Willie and other fellow Texans?) Floridians too!

Ditto Laurie! David was talking to Connor and I didn't even know that he was in our green group. Evidently they met up in Quarter Masters. I showed David the photo of Connor with the iguana (I guess that's what it was) and he was immensely envious!
