We checked in on Sunday, and got our requests. Non-smoking one bedroom in Bldg. 62, third floor. Doesn't get much better than this, folks! Lovely unit with a view of the lake, the main pool, and the boat dock. Surprisingly quiet for being on the business end of a busy intersection. The unit is in good shape, just a few of the typical stains on the carpet. I did notice this morning that there isn't much water pressure (been taking baths!), perhaps because we are on the third floor?
Weather has been very decent, some clouds most days to keep things a little cooler. Though none yesterday when we were walking around World Showcase, no shade either. Crowds seem moderate, though the only ride we have hit hard was TOT on Sunday night. Four rides in 1 1/2 hours, we got two sequences. Epcot yesterday seemed fairly empty, DD even got a candy from the lady in Japan!
We purchased a Pal Mickey yesterday. With the DVC coupon, it was $41. DD had him all day, and he gave a few tips (the candy maker!), told lots of jokes, and had something to say on each attraction we entered. We took him to E-night last night. Very nice E-night, by the way, shorter lines than the one we attended in March. DD thought she had heard all of Mickey's jokes by the end of the evening, but he has new ones today. Wonder how he did that?
DH and DD are at DQ right now, and I'm off to see a movie. DH is paying penance for two days of scuba diving right now, he went to West Palm Beach yesterday while I did parks and e-night. I will check back to see if anyone has questions, if I can get the laptop away from my family. Next week we will be in a studio at BCV. We will miss this place!
