Hi all! 2tinksmom and I also tried to take the pillowcases and were told the same thing. Pretty much to get in line when characters are out signing autographs. We weren't about to do that so we thought we would try approaching the CM escorting the character (Okay, before anyone flames me for doing this, we didn't have the kids with us and the CM was just standing there, not even taking pictures so we weren't in anyone's way or holding up the line). We asked her if she would take care of it for us and she said she would. She took the pillowcases and said she would have them delivered to our rooms. We'll just have to wait and see if we actually get them back.

We are having a wonderful time here on the Magic!!! We went on the Doubloon excursion today at St. Thomas and had a blast!!! I definitely recommend this to everyone.

I bet if you politely ask the character escort if they can do this for you and tip them cash on the spot, I bet it will get done. When we cruise in January, I'll try this and let everyone know.

I was on the 5/1 eastern. On Sunday I went to GS with two tote bags and a hat for signing. The girl told me that they didn't do that anymore. I just couldn't believe that, so I went back Monday and talked to someone else. They said no problem and I picked them up on Friday! I can't remember the girl's name that said no, but she had short blond spiked hair.

Just ask someone else.

I was just on the May 8th Western, took my two pillow cases up to Customer Service...brand new still in the packages...asked the gal behind the desk and she more than happily replied, we most definately do have them signed for you, you will just have to come and pick them up Friday night...

My wife went and picked them up while I had the kids, put them on their pillows and when they got back to the room, Wall laa signed pillow cases on their beds...

They were very cute...maybe that was the reason they got signed, I must have won the Customer Service gal over with my looks...

We had no problems getting pillow cases signed...don't know what everyone else did to p' them off....lol

No Aritst Choice pin on this sailing--or a Captain's either. I was on the lookout. In fact, no LE pins really to choose from other than the Armed Forces Day pin from WDW. No special LE for the cruise. It was rather disappointing.

RE: sewage smell -

I know I have read on these boards before, that if you pour a glass of water into the drain in the bathroom (the floor drain I believe) - that will take care of the smell - Just an FYI

I have read that also, I wish the Cast members would have read that LOL, they were putting all kinds of chemicals in the drain and it still didn't help, maybe plain old water would have done the trick..
