I thought I would start a new thread on this! We just finished watching Illuminations from our balcony. It is nice to put the kids (Son - 6 and Daughter - 5) in their pjs and then sit out there and watch the fireworks and then put them to bed.
As I mentioned in the other post Allie the alligator is in the canel right below my balcony, this was the first thing I saw when I walked out on my balcony. I was talking to another guest here and she told me that there are actually 2 alligators here, one hangs out on one side of the villas and the other one hangs out on the other side. I asked her if she was sure it wasn't the same one, and she told me that she was positive, the other one was bigger and has alge on its bag. I don't want to run into that one, the one I saw is about 6 feet. I have a digital pic, but no web space to put it up. If anyone wants me to e-mail it to them to post, I can.
I am finding my way around here, our room is quite a hike from the main lobby, but I discovered today if I just go a few feet down to the end of the hallway and take the stairs it takes you right out into the parking lot which also is easier to get to the bus stop that way. There is also another set of stair that will take you to the walkway that is closer to Epcot.
Crowds at parks has been very light. The wheather has been hot. High 80's. It rained today a few times for about 5 minutes each time.
All in all it has been great. Any questions, I will be happy to answer them tommorrow evening when I log in. We will be here until Oct 12th.
