We had this problem last year and it only happens here at WDW. We're pretty sure that BWV doesn't have true broadband, but is sharing off their main network access for the resort and convention center. The slow bandwidth pattern coincides with business access patterns and it's just too coincidental. The bandwidth gets clogged up, the camera software can't upload, and it locks everything up. We've been doing everything we can to keep it cleared up on our end every chance we get, but that early evening time gets us every day. Last night we were gone during that time, so we didnt' get a chance to fix it. Sorry! Hope you've all enjoyed it anyway. We've got a few more hours before we have to shut things down, so watch while you can!
