Little things for teen goodie bags?

I'd also throw in a few disposable cameras, since someone in the group will INVARIABLY forget or lose their camera. I have found them at Big Lots for less than $4 WITH flash.

Gotta love Big Lots! I just bought two of those cameras yesterday ($3.48, to be exact, 27 exp. with flash) for my kids to use on our upcoming trip. They also had $.99 Disney crayons (I couldn't resist, even though my children haven't colored in years) and stickers for Mom's scrapbook.

Lots of great ideas on this thread!

How about 2 quarters and 1 penny for the penny press machines. It would be a great way to introduce them to a fun souvenir. I know M&M containers are suggested but film cannisters work too and are easier to get a lot of quickly.

My aunt has made up bags like those for us before. She's bought stuff like cheap flip-flops for us to wear by the pool, bubbles (I'm 18, and I STILL love bubbles. Hee!), miniature hairbrushes (those come in real handy if you need to pull your hair back or brush it out after Splash Mountain or something), disposable cameras, and AA batteries for our various Walkmans and such. She would buy a big pack and give us each two or four. Hope that helped!

Just went to our Dollar Tree and found some emeryboards and some small nail clippers. Have to check and see if the nail clippers are on the no-no list for the airplane. If so, I will find something else. :confused3 Saw small decks of cards in plastic cases also. Got sets of fat pens (3 to a set) and broke them up to put into each bag. By the Way, the only color that those bags came in here were black. Still no other color but will continue to look..For a Buck, I can find other uses for them if they do come out with other colors!!! :rotfl:

I love these ideas. We aren't going until Christmas, but I told the kids that Disney IS there Christmas gifts and we will do shopping while there. However, I love these ideas! It would really surprise them. BTW, I have a 16 year old DS. He LOVES his ears! Every once in a while, he comes out of his room with them on. But he is very goofy! I know you will have a great time. Teens can be so much fun! At least, mine is. :teeth:

Here are some things I picked up today:

Glow necklaces at Dollar Tree

Coloring/Activity Books (Princess for the girls and Mickey for the boys) at Dollar Tree

Cinderella Crayons for the girls and Mickey crayons for the boys at Dollar Tree (they came in a pack of 4, so only 25 cents each!)

Battery operated fans with a cord to hang them around your neck ($1 each at Fred's)

Photo Albums at Family Dollar (Princesses for the girls and Mickey for the boys, $1 each)

I know some of those sound a little "young" for them, but I think they'll have a good time with them anyway. They love that sort of stuff!

Any other fun suggestions??

Most people love this stuff no matter how old they are. I would enjoy it even now myself if someone were to give me one for my trip!

How about rolls of quarters and pennies to be used in the penny press machines? My kids loved finding those machines and putting the pressed pennies into the souvenir books Disney sells. They are a great souvenir. I even found a website somewhere on these boards that tells the locations of all the machines in the world. Have fun!

My son is sixteen and he loves all of this kind of stuff. Today at the Dollar Tree they had Pooh, Mickey, and Princess window and wall clings, Mickey glasses, photo albums and various Disney Items. I also took magic towels, and other small items. Your teens will love all these, everyone is a child at WDW. :cheer2:

How about some lanyards--you can get these pretty cheap at local stores. You could also go to ebay and bid on some pins---I got 10 for $20 plus shipping and then I just won six more and only paid a total of $9.50 and that included shipping.
