Does the Little Mermaid only meet in her Grotto in the mornings? How late does she meet?

Howdy Horse11 - I'm also from Central IL. Back to your question - I usually use Kenny the Pirates page for locations and times. It's worked well for me in the past. You can find it here:

It does state Ariel is only found in her Grotto and is there from opening until 30 minutes until the park closes.

She is there almost all opening hours. We have met her after midnight and lines always seem short then.

We always meet her after the 10:00 fireworks. Rarely wait more than 5min. The classic characters in the circus tent often have no line at all after 10
