Has there been a run on folks purchasing DVC? I have never seen such little inventory and so many sale pendings? And BLT resales going up in price???

I don't know about other properties... but BLT? Yeah... We got 1 contract approved and were trying to add on more but so far I haven't found any with the price we are willing to pull the trigger on with our UY.

Since the direct price increase people are buying up the smaller contracts, and at higher prices than before. A lot of the larger contracts are moving as well.

Disney raised prices March 20 & marketed a lot of the old resorts. Lots of people on wait list for old pricing. Disney has been exercising ROFR driving up pricing. Increased demand so lower inventory.
