My entire extended family is going...22 total. 
i'm only responsible for our 6 
my kids will be 3, 5, 7, and 8 when we arrive....i've bought the books (Disney with Kids and Unofficial Guide) and am starting to plan...any tips for a first timer....oh yeah, we are staying off site due to the cost of having 22 people come

to the DIS. I am sure that many people will help you plan your vacation. Remember you do not have to stay as a group the entire time. We went in 2005 with my family with just 14 and we had to split up. I would suggest s planned meal each day for the entire group. Also take advantage of fast pass and baby swap. Will post more later.
