Little help with paper bag album...

I recently purchased off of eBay some pre-drilled paper bags to make PB albums. When I put them together to make an album tho (like a book, one inside the other) the holes don't line up perfectly. I don't want to force them and then secure them with ribbon or whatever and then have them rip. Anyone else with any ideas? Thanks for your time!

How about stacking them instead of putting them one inside the other? I think they should line up then. The beautiful pb album I received for Christmas is stacked not nested.

Does it open funny? I thought it wouldn't open quite like a "book" if they were stacked. Thanks so much, I am completely clueless! LOL
