Small one is turning 2 next month and she is OBSESSED with Little Einsteins (I'm sure you all, as DISers, can understand the obsession).

We're planning on having a small number of friends (big brother, 2 best friends and their siblings) over for the Little Einsteins Birthday Party, have food, then proceed to the indoor play center. The problem is, play center *might* not be re-opened in time for the party, so I need a back up plan for activities to keep the munchkins busy, and we do not have a lot of space in our house.

Ideas?

I've got party favors covered - found Tummy Ticklers apple juice sippy cups in various LE characters, and I'll do a small bag of bubbles, sidewalk chalk etc.

And, I'm THRILLED that the Disney website has printable invitations and thank you notes. YAY!

In reality 2's just do not do very well with "planned" activities. Having simple toys available to play with is best. They love playdough, and painting if you do not mind a mess. Maybe a very simply craft if you have plenty of adult help.

Our disney store had a bunch of LE stuff on sale last time I was in there!

My DD had a LE theme for her 3rd birthday. We had little centers of activities that the children could float around to (since most were 18months-2.5 year)

We had:
-a coloring center with printable Little Einstein Pages
- Music center (maracas, xylophone, pretty much any instrument that didn't go in your mouth:lmao:)
-Play-dough

What about having paper towel tubes and craft things to decorate like a baton (like Leo's)?

If you google Little Einsteins coloring pages you can print them off for free and have them for the kids to color.

print out coloring pages online of the characters. Plan a simple craft. Not sure with Little Einstein's but Oriental Trading Company has great easy crafts. I use them for my daycare kids 2-5 yr olds.

Don't know if this age group is old enough for dress up yet but you could do a station of tutus for them to play June. Tutus are easy to make without needing to know how to sew (google it) and they could make a great party favor as well.
