That's kind of an annoying response, isn't it.

As if the tour groups' pleasure and enjoyment is more important than the average individual family who visits there.

Kind of explains why cm's don't really have much authority.

I agree, why is it ok for the tour groups enjoyment and vacation to come at the expense of everyone else's?
If everyone stopped going, and WDW had to rely only on tour groups, they'd go broke fast. We are just as important, and as a whole, bring in more $ than tour groups.

My cousins just returned from WDW 2 weeks ago & had saved for quite awhile to have their first vacation in years without the kids. They booked a total package for 4 days with hoppers, etc & had been "sold" AS Sports. OMG........after listening to them while they were at WDW & after their horrible experiences with these kids at the resort and in the park - I would have asked for a total refund of everything I'd paid. They actually extended their vacation 2 days because they couldn't get into certain areas of the parks. They never made it to DHS in the 5 days they were there. The kids in the groups were horribly rude, very pushy & pretended not to understand anything. Not even when their chaperones told them to do something. They pushed my cousin several times causing her to come very close to falling & just laughed about it & went on pushing their way through the crowds. I told her to write Disney Customer Service, but I'm sure nothing will get done about it...........at least it never seems to. JMHO!! :confused3

WEnt the last 4 JUNES and last August and while they are THERE we never had a problem. However I stay Deluxe to ensure we don't see massive groups at our hotel. One thing I noticed this past June that I liked, there were two large brazilian tour groups but they were being led by Disney Cast Members. It seemed way more organized to me. We did stay ahead of them to avoid running into the fast pass line with them but the cast members directed them, waited for them and basically herded them along. I thought that was a super idea....

Perhaps a way to control groups (of all types - cheerleaders/btg/school trips/etc) is to limit the number of people that can travel in one pack. If groups were limited to - say 20 people - and each has to have at least one adult chaparone, it might cut down on some of the problems we encounter. Less people jumping into FP line at once, less people crowding into shops/restaurants. What say you?
