List of what attractions to see at certain times?

Hi everyone,
I remember that a researcher from the Unofficial Guide (at least I think they were) posted a chart or a cheat sheet of which attractions to visit and not to visit at certain times. Did anyone bookmark it? I WISH I did. Errr!
