List of tours and events that are available?

Hi all.. is there a list somewhere of tours and special events that have returned (e.g., Ferrytale Cruise, Tequila Experience), and the booking window which you can reserve them?

Our 60-day window is soon approaching and would like to prioritize a few reservations.

I find it best to go directly to the Disney website as it will keep up with all the changes.
