I believe Beach Club / Yacht Club was done in the last year or so and that the Beach Club Villas are in progress. I've been trying to find "official" word of this and haven't seen anything.

CR wasn't 2007. Both Contemporary and Polynesian were 2005-2006. Grand Floridian was 2007, I think.

Beach Club and Boardwalk Inn are 2008, Yacht Club will most likely be 2009.

Bingo correct !! Yacht Club not until mid 2009 according on site manager

CR wasn't 2007. Both Contemporary and Polynesian were 2005-2006.

They must be thinking about the construction of Bay Lake Tower which is set to open in September 2009, although that construction has no effect on anyone staying in the Tower or Garden Wing.
