Thanks Amy and Tracy
My friend is okay.
She hurt herself over the weekend and instead of taking it easy for a couple of days, she went on as usual. Then a couple days later, she started feeling really bad and hurting and things got worse from there. After multiple tests and a couple ultrasounds, the doctor said she severly bruised a couple internal organs and to STOP and not doing anything for a few days.
The wake last night was okay. I did make one mistake though. I said she was 97 and she was actually 99. Would have made 100 in April. Last night someone said "I'll bet she's singing with her sisters right now." and someone else said, "Nope, bet JD (her husband) met her with a fishing pole and they are fishing on Heaven's creek banks."
Not often that I leave a wake smiling.
DH had taken DS and DD with him to the bowling alley and since we weren't at the wake as long as I thought we would be, I decided to go home and do the WII before I went to pick up the kids from DH. IT was great! So much easy to do when you don't have to answer to "Mom..." every two minutes.
I got in a total of 33 minutes. 18 yoga and 15 aerobics.
Oh, and my leg doesn't hurt any more. Wednesday I made a point to walking up and down the stairs a couple of times every hour or so. Really worked to loosen up the muscle and worked out what ever the problem was.
I thought we had a slow weekend planned, but DS has two soccer games tomorrow and asked me to take him to Academy tonight for a mouth guard. He plays goal keeper and got hit in the mouth several times last year. He moved up an age group this year and knows how much rougher these boys are.

I'm glad to hear that your leg is feeling better too!

I hate seeing those huge boys running full speed at my little DS and he is standing his ground to not let the ball in.
), but she is on defense. Her coach always says that if the other team scores a goal it's not the keeper's fault, it's the defenders!
It was weird though, once the sun went down, I started feeling better.
Didn't hear another peep out of her.
I loved that place.
I've never been to the one in Orlando though. Maybe some day.
but, because of the GCs he was able to get them and they are cool.

But in the long run it will all work out.
