Liquor Store at Publix Williamsburg Mall?

Whether we rent a car or take Tiffany we'll be doing a grocery stop at Publix. Is there a liquor store nearby and would it be open at 10 am on a Thurs? The last few times we packed a plastic bottle of hooch in our checked bag it got opened, trying to avoid that.
