We were at the Festival of the Lion King show on Dec. 13. The fire dancer had just performed, lights went up all performers exited the stage. All the "floats" were still in place and the big voice came on said "Ladies and Gentlemen this performance of the Lion King has been cancelled. Please exit the theater" At first I thought it was a Timon takeover but not the case. No performer on stage appeared to be injured... Anyone know anything?

Somebody in a Facebook group I'm in said they saw a guest passed out....no idea how reliable that report was, though.

I heard this happened at the 11am show. We went to the noon show and everything was fine. Didn't even know about the cancellation until after we left the park.

Strange. Very strange
Someone else reported they had the same exact thing happen, at the same exact point in the show, at the 2:00 show on Sunday 12/13

Happened to us a few years ago. A woman felt faint and had to be removed. The show stopped and lights came on. We were told the performance was cancelled.

Bad break , not happened to us yet .

This is going to sound really bad, but....I've seen two people DIE in the stands at football games (one HS, one college) and the game went on as the paramedics took them out. Could they really not figure out a way to get one person out of the seats quicker than stopping a show and asking everyone to leave?? Seems like not the most expedient way.

Even if they did I find it hard to believe it would happen in 2 shows a day apart at the same exact point in the production

This had to be related to something else
