Linking to MDE

we have purchased directly with Disney for next August staying onsite at art of animation. I've tried to link to MDE with the reference number on the invoice but it doesn't seem to work. I think it might be to do with the next page after entering ref no which wants hotel, arrival date but also phone number and I can only think it doesn't like the format! Anyone else had this issue?

The hotel, date andphone part only mean that the previous step didn't work
You won't have more success with that part even with correct format

If you've just booked you need to wait for a few days before it links

If it still doesn't work a few days after booking you can call or email disney uk and request an alternate confirmation number

Weird as I booked on the UK site and Disney are saying its via a 3rd party.massively confused!!!
