Linking reservations

Is there a procedure for linking reservations? We booked onboard this summer but extended family have decided to join us. I am assuming if we link reservations we'll then be assigned the same rotation? There will be 9 of us, will that guarantee us a table on our own? Do I just need everyone's reservation numbers or more detail?

Finally, we've been allocated late dining. Ideally we would prefer main (autistic nephew unlikely to cope eating at 9pm).

If I could avoid phoning the US from the UK that would also be preferred!

Phone DCL and give them the reservation numbers.

Yes you will then be all on the same rotation. But not guaranteed it gets you on main.

The UK number on the DCL website has an 0800 number to call, and during USA opening times gets through to the USA, but you would have been better using a DCL TA to do this all for you and save the work and calls.

We were able to link ours online--you need reservation numbers and I think the birthdate of the main person on the reservation. You click on modify reservation and there's a link reservation spot.
