Linking Reservations

Here's a question about linking reservations....
If I booked day by day 3 Studio Rooms for one night and then wanted to
change 2 of the Studios to two bedroom villas for the remaining nights, would I be able to link the two bedroom villas to the 2 studios?...or would I have to make separate reservations for the 2 bedroom villas? Hope this makes sense to someone who knows!!!! Thanks for any info

No, you can't. They will make you leave the room, since that class of accommodations may be full, and they also have to clean the room. Now, having said that, you can mention it at the front desk, and see what they say.

A couple of years ago, I went from a studio to a two bedroom, and BW wouldn't work with me at all, even though I was put right back into the same room four hours later!

Linked reservations are for the exact same room. For example you get a room on points for 5 nights, and on cash for 2 nights, and link them.

When linked you do not need to check-out and check back in. The reservation actually becomes a 7-day reservation for that room instead of a of a 5-day and 2-day reservation.

If you change the room type at all, then they cannot be linked, and will require a check-out and check-in.
