Linking Park Tickets to Disney Account

We recently purchased Canadian Residents: Save 25% on 4-Day or Longer Tickets and Enjoy All 4 Disney Theme Parks for our family which we intend to use next April. We received the confirmation email from Walt Disney World Reservations with a listing of each ticket. The reference number starts with 2016-07-27-WDW: and then CAS and 6 numbers divided by a dash (CASxxx-xxx). I currently have an existing Disney account and wonder how I would link these numbers seeing we cannot exchange them until we visit the park and provide our Canadian passports as residence confirmation. Any help is much appreciated.

Just go to tickets and magic bands on you MDE profile and add the CASxxx-xxx #

It says: The ID number must contain 10, 12, 17, 18 or 20 digits; please try again.

It says: The ID number must contain 10, 12, 17, 18 or 20 digits; please try again.

Then use the 2016 part too... all together they are 17 characters

Disney IT is known to be glitchy. I would just try again in a few hours or try a different browser. It isn't due to the time

Was finally able to get a Disney Cast Member to activate it via phone call. 19 minute wait on long distance but it was worth it - she too had to refer it to IT for a solution but it's done. So heads up to all those Canadians who purchased these exchange vouchers for the 25% off admission, it may not be easy to link them to your MyDisneyExperience.
