Linking Dolphin to MDE? I know it can be done yet...

I have been a long time reader of this board, and posted under a different name years ago, but have forgotten the username and pw, so I am starting over.

I understand Dolphin reservations can not be linked to MDE, and that I would need to wait until I arrive to make any FP+ reservations. Does anyone know or have any thoughts as to when it may be available?

Only Disney knows the rollout schedule for various aspects of MDE, but they have not been very forthcoming with that information. Lately, it seems there is usually only a 4 or 5 day advance warning (e.g. KTTW going away, paper fast passes going away at AK and MK, etc) before any major changes are made. Even then, the advance warning usually comes through rumors instead of official Disney announcements.

I just tried doing the same thing this morning and posted about it over on the S/D thread on the resort board, you might want to check out that thread to get caught up on rumors regarding FP+.

I'm in the same boat as you, just waiting to see what turns out for S/D guests.

When is your trip? Things seem pretty in flux right now.

The trip is not until the fall, but I like to know what I am getting myself into.

Hopefully, all is worked out by then and I can link everything in advance.

Is there another thread with updates on S&D going ons that I should be watching for on the resort board? I tried the serach function, but it was too much!

There is a Swan and Dolphin thread on the resorts board. If there are any changes, it will post over there.
