Linking annual Pass renewal

is anyone having problems linking annual passes to MDE? I called member services to renew and tried to link while I was on the phone as the lady suggested at first, then when it wouldn't link the lady said to wait a few moments and it would be fine but it's still not linking.

When we renewed last November, our AP renewal was on MDE when checked a day later. We didn't do anything. I would call back and ask the CM to confirm the confirmation number and make your name matches your name on MDE. If it does ask to speak to an IT person.
