Linking ADRs on My Disney Experience

My niece just made her ADRs today for her trip. She had trouble online so had to call to make them. Now when she tries to link them to her reservation (which she had set up previously) it won't let her. Any ideas?

The site is glitchy. Took about a week of trying to link my reservations before it took them. Tell her to keep trying.
