Linking accounts in MDE w/ family????

So my family (5) and my mother and sister (2) are traveling together this fall in 2 separate rooms w/ separate reservation numbers, same hotel. I made all the reservations if that makes any difference. I have an MDE acct. as do my husband and mother. They don't touch theirs, but they have them. I have both of their accounts "linked" to mine so that we can "see" each others plans. My adult sister doesn't have a created acct. yet, so I just have her as a "family member" on my acct. along with my 3 kids.

My question is, I don't know how to link my mom's and sister's accounts with mine so that I can make FP+ reservations for them. Wouldn't their actual reservation need to be linked to my MDE acct. somehow so that Disney can prove that they indeed have valid park tickets??? We all have packages booked including room, tickets, and dining plan. I don't see anywhere for me to be able to link their actual park tickets to my MDE acct. I'm sure I'm missing something super obvious, but if anyone can help me figure this out, I'd be grateful! I'm trying to avoid calling Disney IT and waiting on hold forever :)
 
I don't have an answer, but subscribing as I am in a similar boat. My sis actually has 3 boys who are all under 13 so don't have a Disney account. Wondering how that works. I can see her and her itinerary, but not the rest of her travelling party...
 
You need to call Disney IT department. They fixed mine when it wasn't working. I will send you a PM with the #
