Linking a ticket purchased by someone else?

My friend and I are headed down to WDW in June. We purchased tickets separately but I'm trying to make all of our FastPass+ reservations. She doesn't have an MDE account. Does she need to make one so we can connect on MDE and I can make her reservations? She's in Spain for the next 10 days and doesn't have the number on the back of her ticket. Is there any other way I can make her FP+ reservations? Would it work with the confirmation # Disney sends in an email? Sorry for all the confusing questions but hopefully it's clear enough that someone will have a solution! Thanks in advance!

1. Nope. YOU can just list her on YOUR account as a "Friend."
2. Yes. Put her ticket conf. number, connected to her name, in your MDE account.
