Hi- we are traveling with 5 other families (6 staterooms/12 adults and 12 children). Three of us have sailed before and three haven't, so 3 of us have checked in and the other families will do so in 2 weeks. I asked our travel agent to link all 6 of our reservations so we will all have the same dining rotation and hopefully sit near each other. But I don't think the rooms are linked correctly. I have seen that you can only have 4 rooms linked. When I checked in I saw everyone in our group but when I click on book activities, it tells me I have exceeded the number of linked rooms and when I look at booking Palo I only see myself and my husband, not the others who have booked so far.
We want to make a reservation for 12 at Palo after everyone is paid in full/eligible. So, I guess my question is how do I make sure the rooms are linked correctly so we can do that? I was thinking to link 3 to us and then 3 to one of the families linked to us. But is there a way to book for 12 at Palo? I am fine with 2 reservations for 6 and ask to be seated near each other. We can't be the first large group that wants to be linked/eat at Palo together. I remember this being much easier a couple years ago but we "only' had 3 families on that cruise.
