Linked reservations

We booked the first nights of our stay at BCV and had to waitlist the last night. The waitlist came through, but the last night has a separate confirmation number / online check in link. Is there a chance we will have to move for that one night? Will our dining plan expire the last day of the first reservation and then start again separately for the last night? We want to do a signature our last day and will need credits from the first part of our trip in order to do so. Thanks!

Unless you wait listed a different unit size or type than what you had reserved already you should be fine. They routinely give you a separate number and then link them when coming off the WL.

I agree with Dean. The only thing that would put a kink in your plan (as long as you booked the same kind of villa) would be the two bedroom villa - could be dedicated with two queen beds, dedicated with one queen bed and one sleeper sofa or a lock off. No special booking categories at BCV, so that wouldn't cause any problems.

We had the same thing happen when we waitlisted and no they did not make us move.

We had a llinked reservation in Jan and stayed in the same unit. We had a dedicated 2 bedroom at VWL. The only problem was our parking pass had us checking out on the 7th. I was told the parking pass system does not accept linked reservations. I had to go to the desk and get one on the 8th. for the last day of our stay. No problem.

I think I'll skip the on-line check-in for this trip though b/c it has a link for each reservation number. I have a feeling it might be more work than it's worth.

We're down to less than a week before we stay on our points for the first time - woohoo!!!!!
