The word on the street is that new cartridges are being released at the Winter CHA next week.
They are:

Hannah Montana
Sponge Bob Square Pants
Ashlyns Alphabet
Stamping Solutions
Kitchen and Bath Decor
European Decor

and a Stamping Kit W/Cartridge.

Why Hannah Montana over Disney Villians or other characters?

When you do licensing with Disney, you have to bow to what Disney wants. Disney wants Hannah Montana to be BIG. Along with High School Musical. That's what Disney thinks will be hot, so that is what they make. But if the Hallmark ornaments were any indication, HM and HSM are the Disney pieces I saw leftover.

I'll have to see the European Decor cart. But that is the only one that sounds interesting to me at the moment.

I agree; it doesn't sound interesting. But, provocraft usually does a good job with the extras to make you need the cart!

My DD likes HM, went to a concert, watched the shows...but she has moved onto icarly now. Even when it was her favorite, I can't imagine why I would need or want a whole cart of it.

I would love another DIsney cart -- any other characters, park icons, etc.

I can't say I am wow'd by any of the titles right now. I will be passing on both HM & SB for sure.

The European Decor won't be French chickens, will it?

I guess that Provo Craft doesnt listen to its consumer. What an odd choice in carts.

I have seen some pics of the Hannah Montana. They were leaked last CHA. It has a bunch of the silhouettes of her in various poses. Not somethin I would use at all. But i would like to see what the extras are. She has some cute flowers, butterflies, and flourishes on her other stuff.

I am still waiting for a more boy themed cart.

I agree that none of them sound interesting to me so far, except Ashyln's Alphabet. I have an Ashlyn so I definitely want to at least see what that is like.

DS was way into Cars, but now he is over it. So I didn't even bother with the cart. I agree, more park icons, or even one with all the Pixar characters, especially Nemo.

I guess I can live without those licensed ones. Morgan has also moved off of HM. She likes the show, and will see the movie, but I would have NO use for a complete cartridge of it (aren't her 15 minutes over yet?).

I'm in the minority here, I'm excited about the HM cartridge. I was about to start DD's HM album- we've got concert pics (a million of them), birthday parties, movie, nieces that love her, etc. I am interested in the Ashlyn cartridge too, my niece is Ashlyn, named after me. I wonder what the European one looks like, I need an Eiffel Tower.

I have a question~ do cricut carts get retired? Im looking for and havnt been able to find one called, I think, Bags and Tags? Its supposed to be great for making tags?
I got a small cricut for Christmas and now have 7 unopened carts in my cabinet. Dh is going to teach me how to use it.
