Link to buy the $99 tickets?

Forget e-mail, they arrived in the mail today! I'm so excited!! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jenseib for letting us know! I hope you (or your Mom?) were able to get the ones you wanted as well:goodvibes.

When did you order them?

If I buy these tickets do they have an expiration on them? Can I park hop and will they be good for the WWoHP when I got later this year or maybe next year?

They do not expire until you start using them. You can park hop and they will be good this year or next or the next!

For those looking for the tix at Kroger -- the card is a sky blue with a red Spiderman on the front. They do stand out from the other cards, so keep looking.

I'm really glad I found this thread last night. I was aware that the price of the tickets would go up sometime in 2010. I was planning on buying the tickets in February (for our trip in August). Well, I just bought 4 tickets this morning from my local AAA office for $398.68 !!!

And, YES, the $99 tickets are still good to use in 2010 or whenever. On the back of the ticket is says (in bold print): "TICKET EXPIRES 6 DAYS AFTER 1ST USE". There is no mention of any expiration date.

AAA is by far the cheapest option. And that's even when you include the $63 initial membership fee ($53 to renew).

Just came from our local (Maryville, TN) Kroger & it took a bit of hunting but they had a bunch of the $89 cards left. We're not going until October, but this will save a chunk of money for us! :thumbsup2 So glad for the DIS!

Hi everyone. Obviously I'm new here, first post...

Am tryng to plan a vacation on the cheap for me, wife and daughter (8 yrs). Gave daughter the choice of Universal or Disney, and she chose Universal (lucky for me).

To get on topic, does anyone know if the cards at Kroger allow for citywalk access? I appreciate any response before I go on this wild goose hunt, lol.

CityWalk is free for everyone...only the clubs charge a cover. The new and improved tickets cover some of the club charges but I doubt the specials did...I could be wrong.

I know that looking on Universals site with the buy 3 get 2 nights free, it did have the city walk pass included as well. It may change though, as it use to include tickets and now it doens't.

OMG, we are going in March and just saw this thread!!!
Too late for me

As metro mentioned citywalk is free and the only reason for a citywalk pass is for those who want to go to the clubs at night when they charge a cover charge :thumbsup2

Do you have a Krogers in your area? If you do they still might have the 7day2park pass for 89.99. I got one from my local Krogers(knoxville, Tn)today. Hope this helps.:thumbsup2

We are planning to go to Universal for 2 days after we go to Disney in June. I did a search and it looks like you can still get the 99 for 7 days on AAA. Do I need to jump on this? WIll there likely be anything cheaper for just 2 days? How long will this last?

YES! Most of the places that still had them left online are gone. I would get them as soon as you can!

Get them now! Each AAA office has a separate inventory of tickets. Some may still have a few $99 tickets, and some may have none left.

When I bought my $99 tickets last week at the local AAA (not online), I saw that they only had a few tickets remaining. When they deplete their inventory of $99 tickets, they will start selling tickets at the new higher price.

Well I got them online I was alittle nervous because I havent ordered from them online before and it was around 506 for 5 tickets including shipping. Hopefully everything will go smoothly

The Kroger passes don't include CityWalk. They are only for admission to the parks. Now there are times when admission to the parks will also get you admission to CityWalk (saturday nights during Mardi Gras, for instance) but it's just a coincidence that you happen to be there at the right time.

I called 3 krogers' in our area...none of them sell universal tickets...:confused3
