Link for restaurant list, please?

Last year I printed out a web page with a list of all of the food merchants we could visit with the Disney Dining plan. It was color-coded, broken down by resort/park, indicated which meals each place served, and had little thumbs-up Mickey hands to indicate whether it offered counter service, table service, character dining, etc. I've been searching for such a list off and on all morning and haven't found it yet -- can anyone give me a link?

I'm not sure if this is it, but I found this PDF file on the WDW website that breaks it down on page 3 & 4. Hope it helps!

If the link is erased, just look under the Special Offers tab under the Tickets & Reservation portion of the WDW website. Then choose the Dining Plan offer, and they have the link there!
