You currently have a picture in your signature. Are you asking what that link is? If so, right click the picture and click properties.

Are you asking how to link to some other picture? That all depends on where the picture's located. That is, what's it's URL address.

If you're asking how to put your own photo in your signature, you first have to upload the photo to a server somewhere, and then link to it.
