I just reserved a full size car at budget with this link
http://www.budget.com/partners/mile_6.html and got what I think is a good rate. The total charge for a full size car for two weeks in July was $231 before taxes/surcharges and $304 with taxes/surcharges. Also, the link has an upgrade coupon, so if available you can get a Premium car such as a Grand Marquis or Crown Victoria for that price.
My reservation was for Tampa but I checked and the rates for Orlando were the same.
I also signed up for their fastbreak program so hopefully that will speed the rental process.
