Line/Return Ticket for Diagon Alley

Hi all,
Our family went to Universal Thanksgiving TH/FRI. I'm returning after a great trip to celebrate son's 12th birthday the first week in June.
On our thanksgiving trip, we never had a return time for DA or Hogsmeade. We always walked in. Went to DA Thurs AM - lunch, hogsmeade at lunchtime, back to hogsmeade at dinner and rode HEX to DA. and Friday Hogsmeade first, train to DA at lunch.

Is this unusual, or are we "done" with returns to enter? I really want to avoid return times, son has autism and is HP obsessed. He would have a tough time not getting his HP fix when we plan it

There haven't been return tickets. You'll be fine in June. First week should be very nice!
