Today (the day after Thanksgiving) Linds is not feeling well! She has been wanting to go out black Friday shopping but her body just isn't up to it so she has been in her "Godfather" chair resting all morning quite down by not being able to do the simple things...Our mail came early and look what a surprsie she got!!! I can't thank the families here enough for being so thoughtful! Not only do you help make the MAW trips so much more special but you send Pixie Dust just when it is need the most! What amazing timing and there are no words for the thanks in my heart!!! Here are the pics....
Here I have just handed Linds the envelope...she had no idea that Pixie dust was coming her way so it was all that much more special!
Here is Linds opening her envelope and her dog Bella cking it all out...
Here is the Chef Hat, apron and scrapbook items from ellenbenny and the itunes card from sgarrity! She loves both gifts so very much! She has already loaded her itunes card and it is making a day in the chair much more bearable! As for the Chef hat and apron, "wow!" is all I can say! She can't wait to put them to good use once she feels like standing up and baking hopefully soon...but she also plans to wear them Christmas eve when we go to Chef Mickeys for Christmas eve dinner! Thanks so much to both dis families and for you amazing thoughtfulness!!!!
I am so glad her gifts arrived. It is wonderful to see her smile. I look forward to seeing her receive more pixie dust in the coming weeks, it is always fun to see the excitement it brings. I will be following along
Joining in!! Amazing pixie dust that she got in the mail!! The GF is wonderful and you all will love it!!
I've had 3 yorkies and they are all just like that!! They all want to know if there is something for them!! They are sweet and they keep you in good spirits. I gave up 2 of my yorkies to live with my dad when he was sick--everyone believes they kept him going. I bet Bella and Lindsday are great friends
I thought I would share pictures of Lindsay and Bella. Bella came into our lives 1 year ago this month at 8 weeks old and it changed our lives forever! When the doctors told Linds that she would never be able to drive (Driving doesn't work when you pass out from the pain with no prior warning and/or are on strong narcotics)...my wonderful dad (Lindsay's Pawpaw) had her pick a dog breeder online at puppyfind.com and bought it for her. He had helped our son with his first car and since he would never be able to help Linds get a car, he wanted her to have something just as special! He is a wonderful grandfather! Bella came into our lives and has become Lindsay's constant companion! She seems to be able to sense when Linds is not doing well and needs that special attention. Yes, she is VERY nosey!...lol!...and always wants to be part of whatever Lindsay is doing. Last week I warmed up some leftover Italian for Linds for lunch and I had put a breadstick on Lindsay's plate. Linds wasn't feeling well that day so she was eating in her "Godfather" chair with a tv table in front of her. She slid the table out because she needed to go to the restroom. We are not sure how Bella got it but Lindsay met her prancing down the hall with this huge breadstick sticking out of her mouth! It was toooooo cute!
Your daughter is beautiful, and I am hoping for lots and lots of pixie dust for all of you. I will be praying for Lindsay and the rest of your family. God Bless
The Haynes Family received some fun pixie dust from mommy2mrb today in the mail and we ALL wanted to thank you guys for thinking of us and sending a Disney gift card our way! We are all getting so excited about our upcoming trip. Here are pictures of Lindsay opening the envelope with the gift card in it and Bella being nosey as usual...lol!
a GREAT BIG thank you!!!
