Limo/Town Car Questions

Hello,
I have a few questions...
What do you tip a driver on a $90-$109 Round Trip fee?
When do you give the tip? When you are dropped off at the resort or returned o airport or both?

I typically tip 20% of the total charge. Since you should tip on each leg of the trip (in case you don't have the same driver), I split the tip in half (or however many legs there are in the trip) and give it to the driver upon arrival at the destination (ie: resort or airport)

I do the same thing as amjb, but to add, if I make a grocery stop I add $5 to the tip for the driver on that portion of the trip.

Thanks! I am still debating between the ME and town car. Getting in at 9 pm and returning flight leaves at 7:55 AM so not sure.
