Limo drivers strike back!

When your company owes its success to a large corporation(Disney), and that corporation changes, your business will change. When disney was busy bringing more and more people into orlando, by increasing the number of parks, recreational opportunities, and hotel rooms, each of these companies also profitted from that. I am sure they didn't pay disney a royalty when their profits went up. I am not trying to sound harsh, but they have been living off disney for a long time. It is time for them to take a long hard look at themselves, and decide if they can change to compete.

I completely agree. We've used towncar/limo companies in the past and honestly, it wasn't that special. We've had drivers who were not so friendly, drivers who were chatty but you couldn't understand them, and one who was friendly but on two different cell phones on the same time talking the whole way. Back in 2003, I reserved a stretch limo as a surprise for the DH and it turned into a rather stressful ordeal. First we weren't met in the baggage area like our confirmation said we would be (I had no idea of where the drivers can pick you up), so I called and was told to go to a certain spot after picking up our luggage. I just remember being really stressed out lugging bags, missing elevators, etc. - while also trying to find this limo once we got outside. Not the greatest surprise after all and certainly not worth the money I spent. The return trip was ok, but I wouldn't do it again.

Looking forward to ME next month. I just want comfortable, reasonably-priced convenience. If I like ME, I'll gladly pay for it in the future. Personally, I think the town car companies have reaped the benefits of $90 fares for way too long.

No CM's to greet you when you came outside security when I flew on Sunday and Wednesday. They also weren't down with the other people at the baggage claim level.
