Limo - do they wait?

We're using Quicksilver Limo service this time for our trip, we are also using their 30 minute grocery stop. My question is: Do they wait for you while you check-in and then take you and all your stuff to your room, drop you off at check-in and the bell-service deals with it? It would be easier if it could all stay in the Limo and they take you to you're room, I have no clue how this works.

Also, do they pick you up at your room when you leave or do they pick up at the Guest House?

Whenever we have used town cars or limos we are dropped off at the front entrance of the resort. Our driver removes our luggage(DH always helps) and a CM is always there loading it up on a cart. We give our name and the tag on the cart is labeled. We then check in(the driver is now gone) and if our room is ready we go there and call for our luggage to be delivered. If the room is not ready they keep the lugage in storage and we go off for the day. When we return to our room later its either in our room or we have to call to have it delivered.
Leaving we do it in reverse. We call bell services to come pick up our luggage. They store it while we do whatever and when our ride arrives(or usually a little before our scheduled time) we give our name and ask for our luggage and its brought to right were we are picked up, in front of the resort.

At CBR the checkin/checkout area is quite a distance from where the actual rooms are-do they drop you off there? How do you/ your luggage get to your room?

After check-in, if your room is ready, you can request to be taken to your room by golf cart. That could be quite a wait, however, if it is busy, or especially if it is raining.

You could take the Disney bus to the bus stop nearest your building.

If your room is not ready, then head off to the parks, or explore the public areas of your resort until that evening.

Thanks for the information! It all makes sense now reading it the afternoon lol, I think I wasn't really awake this morning when I wrote it AND posted it on the Disney Resorts board...duh!!

They have a van that will take you and your luggage to your room. Sometimes if luggage service is busy, you might have to wait for a bit.
