I'm SOOOO new to Universal! Forgive me if this sounds like a stupid question.

How long has this offer been in effect? How long do these kinds of offers usually stay up? How often do they run this promo? I'm not familiar w/ the normal ticket prices of Universal so........is this a really amazing deal or just a few bucks off each ticket?

I guess what I'm asking is- should I jump on this ASAP or do I have some time to discuss this w/ my family? (I'm ready to just start planning this trip, but there are 5 others in the fam. who may need convincing.)

This deal has been "going" for awhile (before they started advertising this summer) and we have no idea for how much longer. I would make it a priority of discussing it w/ your DH and getting them. Your local AAA office might carry them too. According to some ''vets'' who've been around awhile, this is a REALLY good deal and the 2nd best ever offered. (I think a 2 day ticket is appx. $90, so how can you go wrong? Especially since ticket prices only INCREASE!) If you buy them, and find something better down the road (which you may or may not), you can always "upgrade" those tickets at the park. Last summer we went and they had a "buy 2 days get 3 free" ticket for $99/pp. Loved it SO much, bought annual passes :cool1:

I would make a decision soon and buy your tickets...if you miss it, you might kick yourself! (I would guesstimate to buy by the end of August...but, me personally, I would buy them as soon as possible! ;) )

I thought it was a great deal, still wound up upgrading to the even better deal of BOGO year free APs:thumbsup2

does seem to me that over the last few years, U always has some sort of promo going (marketing dept working OT).

whether the next offering will be the next best thing is the million $ question.;)

i totally agree....can they out-do themselves? :confused3 prolly not..since gate prices increased a bit when Disney increased their prices  no matter how you look at it, it's a great offer.....(with Harry comin', I doubt THIS good a deal will be offered again for awhile)
