It sounds fun, but a little frustrating for out-of-towners. We can't really plan a trip around one of the limited offerings if they don't put a schedule up ahead of time. Hopefully on the 28th they will have more info.

I agree that it's hard to plan for out of towners. Not that we would necessarily have changed the dates of our trip based on the Limited Time Magic promotion, but I really do hope that the week we're there the LTM promo is not just for girls. I have three boys & they aren't into princesses at all.

I am very excited for the Limited Time Magic promo myself. Hubby and I going to WDW for our 20th in September, so I get to experience this promo at both Disney Parks.

I post and follow Disney news via twitter quite a lot. (It is amazing what one can learn about Disney on twitter.) According to what I have read, announcements will be made every Friday. Limited Time Magic’ at Disney Parks Begins with Week-Long New Year’s Party, ‘Year of the Ear’

First, we’re beginning the New Year at Walt Disney World Resort in Magic Kingdom Park with Tomorrowland’s first ever “Bling in the New Year” dance party. For an entire week, children of all ages can celebrate the start of 2013. You’ll be able to watch live entertainment on Rockettower Plaza Stage, dance to great music and celebrate with some of your favorite Disney characters – all dressed in their New Year’s best. And if you can’t stay up until midnight, there will be a New Year’s countdown every hour leading up to midnight. The celebration begins on December 30 and runs through January 5.

We’re also excited to announce that 2013 will be the “Year of the Ear” at Disney Parks. Every month, Disney Parks will release new ear hats to add to your collection as part of “Limited Time Magic.” January will start with the limited release of Disney Couture Ear Hats. And each month, there will be fun designs to discover.

And we’re not done yet. We’ll have more “Limited Time Magic” information to share today on the Disney Parks Blog, including an exciting announcement to kick off the New Year at the Disneyland Resort. Three Kings Celebration - January 4-6
Delight in the Three Kings Day party at Frontierland, part of the Big Thunder Ranch Jamboree at Disneyland Park from January 4 through January 6, 2013! Celebrate the end of the holiday season with 3 days of music, activities and cuisine that pays tribute to Southern California's Mexican culture.

A Salute to the Golden Horseshoe Revue - January 10-February 4
For a limited time only, you and your family can experience this musical variety extravaganza inspired by the renowned Frontierland show enjoyed by Walt Disney himself! Join Miss Lily and her Saloon Girls for an homage to the classic Golden Horseshoe Revue, a fun-filled show filled with plenty of family-friendly comedy, singing and dancing. Performances are Thursday through Monday, from January 10 through February 4, 2013.

Year of the Ear - all year
2013 is the Year of the Ear! Every month in 2013, Disney Parks will release new ear hats and headwear to add to your collection from funky couture headbands to fun, limited-release designs that will have you smiling ear to ear. January kicks off with the limited-release Disney Couture Ear Hats!


DBF and I will get to see Three Kings Day as we'll be going for his Bday, but might be missing out on Golden Horseshoe Revue unfortunately Advice needed: Should we go for Dapper Day on Feb 24th or should we go for Golden Horseshoe Revue/Micechat Anniversary weekend Feb 4th?
