Limited Time Magic Friday the 13th-September

If Im correct... They announced a villians ball, or party to be held on Friday the 13th in Sept at the Studios.

When I was speaking to a CM on the phone, she didnt know anything about it.

Is this something that is set in stone?

That would be awesome but seems unlikely to me since that will more than likely be a MNSSHP day at MK and the Villians will be needed there.

If you are correct I would love it because we are arriving that day and I would love to party with the villians.

Disney's Hollywood Studios Unleash the Villains for Friday the 13th. The park will open until the 13th hour, 1 a.m., while Maleficent, Captain Hook, Jafar and other Disney Villains host a dance party, complete with limited-edition collectibles and other nighttime mischief.

Phone CMs are notorious for not knowing what is common knowledge here and other Disney fan sites. I have no doubt the Villains party is on, and have no trouble recommending you ignore the phone CM. As evidenced by the link, the LTM promotion has mentioned this event for months now.

As for villains being needed in two places at once, I wonder if anyone's ever had any trouble finding Mickey at the park they chose that day. Is he following you?
