Lime Green Mickey Heads?

OK so I am (obviously) fairly new to the board. I have been seeing everyone talking about these Lime Green Mickey Heads and I am so lost! What are they and where do you get them? And what do you do with them!? I kept waiting thinking I would find some explaination pop up somewhere but no luck...

HELP!?

Lime green is the official color of the DIS.

You can get the mickey heads at Home Depot (officially alien green).

People make luggage tags out of them, window decorations, and anything else they come up with.

You can get as creative as you want. Personally I made a laminated one with my Dis name on it and hung it on my Team Focker (LG)Lanyard. See Photo below for an example of how lime crazy you can get. We also hung about 10 in our resort window with our various names on them.

So like I said you can be simple and put one on your stroller or back pack or pin them on everything you can think of. Some people even make shirts up with the Mickey Heads. Have Fun.

Clearly there are other DISers on Long Island When I go to Home Depot - and there are several in my area - there are only a FEW ALIEN GREEN Lime Green Mickey Heads However, there is another color that is close - is that acceptable????

meh, if the color is close people will get it... but alien green is the correct color... I would find many a Home Depot that was out of them when I was hunting down my collection.

I also put them in the car windows when we drive. You can also put them in the windows at your resort and others will know you come on the disboards.

You just need to go to Home Depot and go to the paint department. You will find paint color samples with Mickey's head on it. You will just need to get the lime green one or whatever the offical color is, not sure. Sorry don't have a picture, but it is just Mickey's head.

The Home Depot here in Fort Wayne had TONS of the Alien Green Mickey heads. Funny, I never noticed them before yesterday. I'll have some on my backpack.

I personally do not like the Alien Green ones, so I grab the other variation of lime green and use those. I don't think it really matters!
